We have a beautiful river flat property & a variety of things happening - Jobs vary - Gardening, Picking & Preserving Fruit, Cooking, feeding Chooks, Sheep. River Song is a 70% self sufficient farmlet, we grow most of our food, meat, fruit juice, eggs, veges & herbs. We run an Air BNB also so accommodation can vary, either a House truck or Caravan by the river, or a room next to our barn.  We have our own swimming hole, native bush and are 5 minutes drive from the beach. We have lived sustainably on our land for 25 years. We enjoy travellers and sharing stories.  We have travelled Spain, Portugal, France, Morocco, UK, Bali, Australia & extensively throughout N.Z.

We enjoy the company of travellers, craftspeople and competent, motivated, experienced gardeners. We require people to help us maintain our vegetable gardens, lifestyle block  and general day to day running of the land.  If you feel you can contribute please contact us as we are happy to share our paradise with the right people. Our land has been certified with the local organic shop and has been organically managed for at least 40 years, we practice organic principles, permaculture and wild harvesting. Our stock rotation methods balance fertilisation and grass, fruit management
