WWOOF New Zealand

We farm a sustainable sheep, beef and timber farm often eating our own produce.  We do some saw milling and building, along side the main farm business of beef, lamb and wool production. we have a two room sleep out for our Woofers (we prefer you to eat with us) and have mountain bikes, access to local rides and the Matemateonga walkway. We are not too far from Mount Taranaki and New Plymouth and encourage Woofers to explore Taranaki as an often forgotten part of New Zealand.  Our interests inc horses, gliding, skiing, hunting, tramping, fishing and local conservation.  We like to keep the jobs variable so Woofers get a diverse experience which may include, stock work, wool handling, fencing, pruning, planting, cutting firewood, painting and gardening.  We like to adapt to the interest and abilities of the individual, the weather and the farm calendar.  We look forward to meeting you.
