We are developing 3 acres of land; planting native trees and growing organic fruit and vegetables. Four friendly alpacas are a special part of our life here.  We would love help with some landscaping projects e.g. reclaiming a bush track and creating a walking track beside the steam on our boundary. We would also welcome help planting and mulching native trees, creating a wild flower garden, sowing seeds, and helping in the orchard and vegetable garden. Our property is just 2.2 kilometres from Little River village where there is a excellent  cafe and an art and craft  gallery . There are walking and  and cycling tracks nearby and many beautiful bays and beaches across Banks Peninsula.  We are about an hours drive from Christchurch and 50 minutes from the historic harbour town of Akaroa.
