We have 2 properties. One in Tasman/Nelson, the other on the West Coast of the South Island. The first concerntrates mainly on animals and food production while the other is sustainable forestry.
We have an on going programme of tree planting and restoration to bring back native NZ species and control pests. This is run in conjunction with a working farm.
Anyone wanting to stay here would be encouraged to take part in farming life and help out with whatever tasks they are comfortable with. Or indeed learn new skills if they wish.
There are always a million things to do so it's certainly never dull!!
